Designed to deliver high-quality, low-latency video and audio transport, these versatile devices are built on the success of Evertz’s NUCLEUS platform. The UXP-TRXS4K models offer unmatched flexibility and simplicity for enterprise-grade AV over IP deployments. The UXP-TRXS4K-USB2 and UXP-TRXS4K-USB2-RJ are the smallest low-profile gateways in the EvertzAV portfolio, yet they deliver exceptional functionality including bi-directional simultaneous encoding and decoding of high-quality 4K60 (4:4:4) video, ensuring crisp visuals with ultra-low latency.

Both models feature:

  • Support for resolutions up to 4096x2160p at 60Hz.
  • Embedded HDMI audio (8-channel PCM) and analog stereo audio I/O.
  • HDMI input/output, USB 2.0 ports, USB HID support, and RS-232/RS-422 serial extension for flexible applications.
  • Easy management through the NUCLEUS Session Manager, a centralized platform that simplifies configuration and control.

Model-specific capabilities:

  • UXP-TRXS4K-USB2: Features 1/2.5/10GE transport via an SFP+ interface, making it suitable for high-bandwidth applications requiring maximum performance.
  • UXP-TRXS4K-USB2-RJ: Offers 1GE and 2.5GE transport over an RJ45 interface, providing an alternative transport option for more cost-effective deployments.

The NUCLEUS platform ensures that the UXP-TRXS4K-USB2 and UXP-TRXS4K-USB2-RJ are simple to set up and deploy. With a streamlined plug-and-play design, administrators can establish fully functional AV networks in minutes, without the need for programming expertise. Both models seamlessly interconnect with other NUCLEUS elements using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) network switches.
